Demo and Rebuild of Existing Space to relocate OBGYN
Renovation of existing 7,000sf space into new OBGYN Practice. Project included Exam Rooms, Procedure Rooms, Nurse Stations, Main Lobby, and support spaces..
Wellstar Kennestone PACU
Phased Renovation of Existing ED to new PACU Unit
Renovation of existing 8,000sf ED pod to new 15 Room PACU unit each with a dedicated restroom, two new Nurse Stations, public restroom, and support spaces. Extensive underslab plumbing required heavy coordination with below spaces.
Wellstar Paulding Primary Care
Primary Care Relocation
Renovation of former Wellstar Paulding Emergency Department to new Primary Care and Behavioral Health location for WMG. Multi phase renovation adjacent to existing Micro Lab and Assisted Living.

Emory Decatur Endovascular Lab
Demo and rebuild of existing cath lab procedure room
New MEP included isolation panel, light booms, laminar flow distribution, new UPS, and med gas. Upgraded the building’s structural capacity to support new equipment. Included full containment and ICRA barriers.

Wellstar North Fulton Central Sterile
Renovation of Central Sterile Processing Center
A multi-phased process including shutdown and full replacement of existing sterilization equipment. Completed a series of coordinated phases to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations. Included full containment and ICRA Level 3 and 4 barriers.
Wellstar Development Training Center
Demo and Rebuild of Existing Space into New Training Center
Tenant Renovation of over 40,000sf to provide new training classrooms, lobby, restrooms, and lecture space for the Wellstar Development Center. Project was delivered in 3 phases to allow move in and use to meet client needs.
Wellstar Simulation Training Labs
Demo and Rebuild of Space to Provide Simulation Training Labs
A multi-phased project including demo and construction of simulation training labs including an OR, ED, LDR, PEDs, Med Surg rooms. Infection control measures included temporary barriers to contain the project area and negative air management.
Wellstar WDC Building Signage
Installation of new signage on top of 12-story building
Included structural steel, roofing, and electrical. The project involved four crane lifts, strategically phased to ensure safe building access for Wellstar staff.
Wellstar Lobby Renovation
Phased Renovation and Upgrades
Phased renovation of common spaces, including security, reception and elevator lobby. This included handrailing and materials upgrades. All work was contained to maintain regular access for employees and visitors entering and exiting the building.
Wellstar Greenroom and Production Studio
Greenroom and Production Studio
Interior Renovation and rebuild to provide a new and state of the art production studio for Wellstar. Included greenroom, sound booth, and dark room.
